Welcome to TekUltra.com Project Management Software, owned by East Coast CAD LLC. These Terms of Service explain how you can use our software, what we offer, and what we expect from you. We’ve kept it clear and simple so you know exactly what you’re signing up for.

1. What We Provide

TekUltra.com Project Management Software helps you manage projects, files, and teams. It’s self-hosted, so your data (projects, contacts, emails) stays on your own computers or servers. Our central website handles signups, payments, and team connections, but your data remains local.

2. Your Responsibilities

  • Use the software lawfully and respectfully—no sharing accounts or attempting unauthorized access.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and don’t share them with unauthorized users.
  • Pay for your subscription on time (if on a paid plan) to maintain access.
  • Install and maintain the local software component (we provide easy setup guides).

3. Your Data Ownership

Your data is yours. Since TekUltra.com is self-hosted, all project files, contacts, and emails are stored on your systems. We only keep minimal account info (e.g., email, company name) on our servers to manage your subscription. You can export your data anytime (e.g., as files or backups) for full control.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. You can try TekUltra.com free for 14 days without a credit card. After that, choose a plan that fits your business (see tekultra.com/pricing). Non-payment may pause your access, but your local data remains safe and accessible.

5. Support and Updates

We’re here to help with email or chat support, and we’ll keep the software updated with new features and fixes. Website updates are automatic, and we’ll guide you on updating your local software.

6. Termination

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings. Your local data stays with you, and you can export it easily. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms (e.g., misuse the software), but we’ll notify you first.

7. Our Commitments

We commit to keeping the service reliable, securing your account info, and never accessing your local data. We’re not liable for issues beyond our control (e.g., your internet or hardware failures).
